The Lodge
Harkerville Forest Lodge is situated on the "Golden Mile" of the GARDEN ROUTE, within the boundaries of SanParks, 13 km from Plettenberg Bay, and 20km from Knysna.
Forest Chalet
A lovely, furnished, fully equipped two bedroom chalet with an outdoor deck and barbeque facilities, situated in a tranquil forest setting with secure on site parking available.
A perfect launching point for hiking trails in the area.
Log Cabin
These two fully furnished self-catering cabins are built on our southern boundary with SanParks.
Bushbuck and Knysna Loerie are common sightings from the deck while enjoying your BBQ.
Cabin
This Log cabin consists of three single rooms, each with private deck, two single beds, shower, tv, fridge/freezer, kettle. NO kitchen. On B&B basis. Serviced daily.
Guest House
In our Guest House we offer three double rooms, en-suite, rooms serviced daily, with exclusive private entrances, barbeque facilities and secure on site parking.
We also have one twin room and one triple room available.
Bunk House
In our Bunk House we offer four, five, six and ten-bed dormitories, leading off a central barbeque and dining area. This is an ideal facility for large groups from where they can explore The Garden Route.
The Bunk Houses have access to separate male and female ablution facilities with hot and cold showers.
Safari Cabins
Two Safari Cabins, 4 Bedrooms each and 2 tripple stack beds in each room, sleep 6 per room. Private ablutions in each cabin. Each cabins has it's own timber deck with beautiful views. NO kitchen. Mainly for School groups.
Camping
We offer 18 campsites with communal ablution facilities. Self-catering, or breakfast and dinner facilities are available. On grass, and all with electricity
Pool & Sundeck
A peaceful sundeck with adjacent swimming pool, licensed bar with Pool table, Khoi and Tilapia fish ponds, enhance the Lodge.
